Annual Service Includes:

For the first year, you’ll need a deep cleaning to remove excess build-up. After that, since we’re starting with a system with less debris, you’ll only need basic cleaning. In addition, we’ll do maintenance, including checking to make sure everything is venting correctly.
We’ll conduct a thorough camera inspection of your ducts system to ensure there’s no mold, damage, or excess debris and lint build-up.
FREE disinfectant and odor removal using “Benefect a natural disinfectant product to get rid of any less than desirable smells.
Free filter cleaning and maintenance.

Air duct cleaning steps we take

Inspection – the first thing we do is a complete inspection, including taking pictures of your dryer vents, heating and air venting system, and all registers.
Results – we go over what we found with you and show you the pictures.
Block Dirt – we block off every register and vent to make sure the dust and debris go into our vacuum and doesn’t blow back into your home.
Connect Vacuum – after blocking the openings, we connect our negative-pressure machine and turn it on.
Vacuum Vents – we use a shop vac to vacuum each vent and check to make sure they’re clog-free and in good repair.
Extra Brushing – for extremely dirty vents that haven’t had cleaning for years, we can do additional brushing.
Sealing – Throughout our entire process, we watch for any holes or leaks so we can fix them. We also make any adjustments to the ducts to make sure the air is flowing correctly.
Replacements – if any of your ducts or vents have excess damage. We can replace them.
Heater Check – we’ll check your heating system for any needed repairs, and we’ll also check for leaks. We can insulate, repair, seal, and clean your HVAC system.
Clean up – Upon completion, we’ll make sure everything is clean and tidy. Then we’ll give you maintenance tips that will be easy for you to do until our next visit.
